R.I.C Hemmings Timber Merchant Ltd is a small family run timber yard and stockyard based in Belvedere.
We supply quality timber, plastics, roofing, insulation, general building materials and Velux windows throughout Gravesend, Bromley, Lewisham and Bexley, or you can come down to our stockyard and we’ll show you our wares.
The company was established in 1969 by Richard Ian Charles Hemmings. Currently run by his sons, Barry and David with the help of a small team of knowledgeable staff, we pride ourselves on our exceptional service, outstanding value and efficient delivery service.

Our main yard is based in Belvedere, in the South East London Borough of Bexley.
It is here that we keep our extensive stock of high-quality timber, ironmongery, roofline components, and other building materials. We welcome visitors from across the South East, including both domestic customers and commercial clients.
We employ our own team of delivery drivers that operates across the region, fulfilling orders of artificial grass, insulation materials, Velux windows and more in South East London and beyond.
All our drivers are fully-trained, highly-experienced, and know the area well, having been part of the trade for decades between them.
